Nutella Cheesecake Brownies


These are AMAZING!!!


Ingredients for brownie layer:
10 tbsp (5 ounces) butter, melted and slightly cooled
1/4 cup Nutella
2 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 cup natural cocoa powder

Ingredients for cheesecake layer:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened at room temp.
3 tbsp granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1/3 cup Nutella

Preheat oven to 325F. Line a 9x9 inch square pan with parchment.
To make the brownie layer...
Combine butter, Nutella, eggs, and sugar in a large bowl and mix well.
Sift in flour and cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
Pour batter into your prepared pan and spread evenly.
Set aside while you prepare the cheesecake layer.
To make the cheesecake layer...
Mix the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and Nutella until well combined and pour over your brownie batter.
Bake at 325F until the cheesecake looks set, about 40-45 minutes.
Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting.

(I think they need more Nutella but I have not been able to play with the recipe yet!)

Red Hot Chicken Dip

16 Ounces Cream Cheese
1 Cup Ranch Dressing
3/4 Cup Original Red Hot
1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Chopped Celery*
3-4 Shredded Chicken Breasts (you can use canned chicken)

Soften cream cheese in sauce pan.
Mix in ranch and red hot, mix until smooth.
Stir cheese in until melted.
Add celery* shredded chicken.
Use tortilla chips or your favorite chips for dipping.

*For a healthier version don't add celery and use celery sticks for dipping instead of chips.

Best. Fudge. Ever!

This is the best fudge recipe ever!

Butter 1 8x8 pan

In a large microwave safe bowl place
3 3/4 cups Powdered Sugar
3/4 cups Hershey's Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup + 2 T Butter
1/4 cup Milk

Heat in microwave for about 5 minutes (until butter is mostly melted).

Remove and mix with mixer add 1 teaspoon Vanilla and finish mixing
Pour into buttered pan and let cool.

Yummy hot fudge for ice cream -
Just take about 2T fudge and about 1 tsp butter heat and mix. Pour it over the ice cream and enjoy.
